We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If it has been a few days since you placed your order and you haven't seen tracking yet, please check your email spam/junk folders and contact us if you need more information.

Shipping Schedule:

Most orders placed on weekdays are shipped out the same or next day. Orders placed on weekends or HOLIDAYS are shipped on the next business day. Once orders have been submitted shipping prices may not be able to be adjusted. By submitting an order you agree to the total cost of shipping. Shipping is not refundable once your order has been shipped.

Most items are in stock at all times and will ship out same day or next day.  Some items may take more than one day to prepare for shipment due to the custom nature of the item (springs sized specifically for your order, cut to length items).

Depending on where in our fulfillment network your items are located, your order may be routed to a warehouse location close to you and shipped a few days later still resulting in you receiving your order in the estimated shipping time frame.  Items in your order may ship at separate times and from separate locations.  We will route your order to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Calculating your approximate delivery date - Do not include the day your order is shipped, weekend days, or holidays when calculating your estimated delivery date. Once your order ships tracking information from the carrier will give you the best information on when your order will arrive.
